Yes, customer Service was excellent. Doll is fantastic, and as seen in ad. Super soft and bouncy! Most kissable lips ever! She’s pretty, beautiful and arrived in a decent time. She is quite weighty, personally would opt for a lighter Frame if available. Only took a week to adjust so now it’s all the fun with no sweat. I’m so pleased I just may invest in another one very soon. All said and done, I’m quite happy with her.
